Shipping and returns

Would you like to make a return or request a refund? No problem... follow the instructions below to understand how to proceed with your request. It only takes 2 minutes.

Don't like the product(s)? Follow these steps:

  1. Retrieve your order number (found in the confirmation email when you placed the order).
  2. Contact us via the support icon at the bottom right or email us at info@framezon.com with your return request and the order number.
  3. We will process your request and provide you with instructions to ship the package to our warehouses. Once the package has arrived, we will immediately refund your money. Please note: shipping costs to our warehouses will be at your expense. Once used, the product cannot be eligible for return.

Did the product(s) arrive defective? Follow these steps:

  1. Take photos of the defective product, illustrating the problem as precisely as possible (2-3 photos/videos are fine).
  2. Retrieve your order number (found in the confirmation email when you placed the order).
  3. Send us the photos and order number to our email info@framezon.com.
  4. We will review your request and provide you with instructions to ship the package to our warehouses. Once the package has arrived, we will immediately refund your money. Please note: shipping costs to our warehouses will be at your expense.
