Shipping and returns
Would you like to make a return or request a refund? No problem... follow the instructions below to understand how to proceed with your request. It only takes 2 minutes.
Don't like the product(s)? Follow these steps:
- Retrieve your order number (found in the confirmation email when you placed the order).
- Contact us via the support icon at the bottom right or email us at info@framezon.com with your return request and the order number.
- We will process your request and provide you with instructions to ship the package to our warehouses. Once the package has arrived, we will immediately refund your money. Please note: shipping costs to our warehouses will be at your expense. Once used, the product cannot be eligible for return.
Did the product(s) arrive defective? Follow these steps:
- Take photos of the defective product, illustrating the problem as precisely as possible (2-3 photos/videos are fine).
- Retrieve your order number (found in the confirmation email when you placed the order).
- Send us the photos and order number to our email info@framezon.com.
- We will review your request and provide you with instructions to ship the package to our warehouses. Once the package has arrived, we will immediately refund your money. Please note: shipping costs to our warehouses will be at your expense.
